Hook up to a garden hose, compress the rubber cap over the water intake screen on the bottom of the hull, extend the handle to the ground & twist to lock in place. Turn on the water and start the engine. This simple tool makes it easy to flush, tune and inspect inboard engines before you are on the lake.
