Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on most items or orders over $99. These orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, although FedEx 2nd Day is used on occasion. Orders placed on business days (Mon-Fri/ Non- Holidays) prior to 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 12pm PST or on a non-business day, it will be shipped on the next business day.
For those of you in a rush, we do offer expedited shipping rates.

Items excluded from free shipping:
  • Overweight/ Oversized Items. This includes tubes, play pads, skis, boards, and paddles.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders
Delivery time frames are quoted at the time of checkout and are the shipping service provider's estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery dates by Wiley's Pro Shop.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Special closeout items may be listed as "Final Sale"; these items cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid for any reason, we will issue an electronic gift card.

Exchange Policy

If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.  

How to Start a Return

Ship the item back to us, including either the receipt we sent in the original box with the items being returned circled/ highlighted, or a piece of paper with the name on the order and a list of items to be returned.  We recommend sending us an email or giving us a call to notify us of the return so we know to look for it.  
Within the Continental United States
Option 1: Ship Your Return
  • Get a return label from us!  We offer FedEx return shipping labels for a small fee.  This is typically the cheapest shipping option. 48 contiguous states only.
  • Ship it back on your own. You pay the return cost at your favorite package carrier. Ensure you keep your tracking # to confirm your package arrives back at our shop.

Option 2: Bring it in

  • If you are a local, you can bring in any items you would like to return during regular business hours, and we can initiate the return for you.

FAQs

How long will it take to receive my refund?
It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund once we receive your return. However, it can take longer, especially over the holidays.  Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
